We did find our puppy later the same day as we posted the Pet Amber Alert (a couple of weeks ago) and we are still getting calls (mostly from veterinarians/vet centers) about the Pet Amber Alert and following up. Its amazing to know that so many people care and want to help! Thank you.

  12. sherry says:

Ginger had already been missing for a week and we had searched the neighborhood, put up flyers, visited shelters, called Animal Control, everything we could think to do. We found PetAmberAlert and within 3 hours of the calls going out, he was found by a neighbor! He is the best dog and we love him!

I have what looks like a chocolate lab or pit mix. He is trained well, as far as commands and bathroom, well mannered, groomed well. Also he has been spiad, he responds positivly to leashes and harness. There is no collar, but he just showed up here in the area and then to my door yesterday, but with all of everything. this has had an owner at some point but i cant keep him. So i need help finding whom and where he belongs. He is brown with a white stripe down his chest.

I just came across this site..what a great idea. I have a big orange and white male cat that I took in for the winter. He is a big boy and was wondering if anyone lost him. I have checked all over but cant find the owner. He is a sweet cat and I feel bad for the family he belongs to.

  21. Jamie says:

his site is AWESOME! We got registered and 10 mins later we had a phone call of a neighbor who had her safe and sound!

  22. Stephen says:

hank you to all of the kind people at petamberalert.com and in the neighborhood who helped bring Zoe home. She is safe and sound tonight, and we could not be happier. Thank you!!!!

  23. Amy says:

So, I issued an amber alert maybe around 10:00am the day after my cat ran away from my apartment in San Francisco by jumping out of a cracked window. By 5:00pm, I had received a call from a guy who had found my cat after someone mentioned to him that they had received my pet-Amber-Alert. Actually a second person from the same apartment building called as well, so the bulletin yielding two solid hits within a day! I read the the stats saying that 82% of pets are found through this service within 48 hours and thought, “that seems awfully high.” Well turns out it’s true, it really does work.

  24. Eric says:

After searching for three days, PetAmberAlert.com brought my dog back to me in less than thirty minutes!!! We put up signs and went door to door and placed a posting on craigslist. We even went to the pound! Then On 9/19 a woman read my ad on Craigslist and emailed me to tell me about PetAmberAlert.com. She said a neighbor told her about PetAmberAlert.com and they helped her get her lost dog back in less than 30 minutes. I finished placing my order with PetAmberAlert.com at 3:40 in the afternoon on 9/19. At just a few minutes after four a neighbor about a mile away called to tell me her neighbor had Pogo and was looking for his owner. Thank you so much PetAMberAlert.com! I will tell every pet owner I know about the wonderful service you provide!!!!

  25. Jennifer says:

I thank PetAmberAlert.com for a fantastic service. Many of my neighbors called just to let me know they’d received the recorded message and would keep a close eye out for me cat. After being gone for five days he appeared at the front door, minus his collar, this morning. He was very hungry, but safe and sound. I will spread the word about PetAmberAlert.com to friends and family. Another avenue to help bring lost pets home.

  26. Marie says:

Within 5 minutes of our alerts being sent out we received a call from a neighbor letting us know that someone had seen our dogs and they had called animal control to pick them up. Sure enough once we got down there it was them! We couldn’t be happier or more impressed with PetAmberAlert’s services and will recommend their services to everyone. Thank you PetAmberAlert.com!

  27. Sam says:

My dog had been missing for 36 hrs. Within 1 hr of listing his info on petamberalert I received two phone calls with sitings in the same proximity, which by the way was a couple miles and across a four lane highway from where he got lost. He would have most likely been hit by a car if not for petamberalert

  28. Joan says:

This actually worked. Thought it might be scam, but I had to try everything. I dont know how many calls went out. But, I Received two call-backs that led to me recovering my dog. And, it was far beyond where I had distributed flyers so I am very glad that this worked.

  29. Steve says:

A couple recieved our alert and becuase of that the husband was looking for my Gabby girl. He witnessed her being hit by a car.. she passed out for a moment and he called us. She woke up and bolted. Becuase we drove there immediately and then looked for her we were able to get her to the Vet hospital. She is still there recovering, but without this wonderful young man looking for her.

  30. Troy says:

A very wonderful couple that live in the neighborhood saw the posters we put up and received the message from PetAmberAlert.com. They saw a little white dog running around in the field across from the nursing home that is at the front of our development. She went home and called my husband and her husband went back with the car and was able to get Sassy in his car until my husband could get there. We are very, very lucky. She got out last Sunday and we had very cold temps and a snow storm Monday night into Tuesday and then rain and more cold temps off and on for the rest of the week. She’s an indoor dog, at least now I know she’s a lot tougher then I would have thought to survive five days outside. If she was a cat I would say she just used one of her nine lives. Without PetAmberAlert and the help and prayers we have had from neighbors and friends she would still be out there and we would still be heart broken. My heart goes out to all the families that are still looking!

  31. Dave says:

We are so glad to have used this service. A couple of hours after our alert went out we got a call from a neighbor who witnessed our dog, Nacho, get hit by a car just moments after he went missing. Although ours is not a happy ending, the service was able to provide us with the closure we needed instead of the weeks of anxiety and being on edge trying to find our beloved pet.

  32. Melissa says:

PetAmberAlert was not responsible for finding my dog — she’d already wandered well out of the radius of the calls, and many went to Spanish speaking homes, unfortunately. However, the peace of mind it gave us was very important, and it helped save us many a sleepless night. I would use it again — sooner, this time!

  33. Marty says:

A neighbor got the phone notice on 11/2 and called to say he saw Olive that morning in the next door neighbor\’s yard. We went over and found her there. Thanks Find Toto!

  34. Rebecca says:

We got a phone call about 2 hours after the alerts started going out from a person about 4 streets over. She had found our dog! The Pet Amber alerts helped us find our miniature schnauzer, Thanks A Million!!

  35. Sammy says:

Thankfully Scratch returned home unharmed. I want to THANK ALL who called. Especially fro the kind lady who recomended this service at our local PetStore. This is a great service and I am eternally grateful.

  36. Erin says:

Thanks so much for your services. The message you provided my neighbors with was extremely helpful and had all the correct information. We found our dog three days later, a neighbor called my cell phone and said he was on their farmland. They put him in a horse stable for us until we arrived to his wagging tail! He was exhausted and hungry but happy to be home.

  37. Kelly says:

This is a wonderful service. We found my pet the same day that calls went out. We feel very lucky, since we live in such a rural area. Thank you so much for this wonderful service…

  38. Jill says:

have to admit that I was skeptical the service would work. However I decided to give it a try since Roxie is my 83 year old dad’s sole and only company. To his happines and my surprise within half an hour of placing the order I received three phone calls informing me Roxie’s location. My father cried when he picked her up from the next subdivision security guard station. Than you PetAmberAlert you made my Dad happy again!

  39. Maria says:

THIS WORKED! I saw this web site at about 5:30pm. I hurried up and registered – it was 5:50pm and the phone blast would go out at 7pm and I wanted to make the 7pm deadline. At 6:04pm my phone rang- a lady who lived about a mile away had Turbo! He had actually spent most of the day at her house with her Boxer. Apparently, he showed up at her fence shortly after our fence suffered a breach. He did not have a collar on -HUGE mistake. He is microchiped, though. Her neighbor got the call from PetAmberAlert and she called me right away! Her plan was to take him to the humane society in the morning to get him scanned for a chip. I would have been SICK not knowing where he was all night!!!! THIS WORKS!!!! Worth the $100 fee to reach the neighbors so quickly. I highly recommend this !!

  40. Christina says:

Your service was so fast and detailed! I started getting phone calls with in minutes of purchasing your service! Calling people really does work!

  41. Agnes says:

Although no neighbors called with Wesley’s exact location, we did get many responses from neighbors with other helpful suggestions (local shelter, etc) and stories of pets coming home many days after going missing. This gave us hope. Our cat came home 5 days after getting lost.

  42. Vicky says:

Ellie was found one hour after the blanket phone calls went out. This is by far the very best service I could have ever asked for and well worth the money! We posted flyers around the neighborhood, went door-to door, and put cards on windshields. We only had a few calls, but no real progress. I honestly don’t think we would have had her back without this service. She is a teacup Yorkie and very valuable, so a reward helped too! Thank You so much for giving us back our little girl! :)

  43. Stan says:

I received a call almost immediately after the calls went out informing me that Boris had accidentally been locked in my neighbor’s garage. Happily, he showed up in our backyard on his own just minutes before I received the call. This is a great service; I highly recommend it for anyone who feels as frantic as I did when my pet was missing.

  44. Jess says:

was a great service….after the alert was 20 minutes later my dog was found…..awesome

  45. Sam says:

Though it does cost a lot, this site is completely legit. Within 10 minutes of the calls being made I received my first call from someone who had seem my Chico. I only received 2 calls total (out of 500 people called) but, those two calls did give me a lot of hope and set me on the right path to finding him! It’s amazing to see how people really just come out of the woodwork to help. Humanity still has some good in it– thanks petamberalert.com!

  46. Janelle says:

This service definitely was worth it and really informed a number of people who we thought were important in finding our lost Chihuahua. There were many people who we saw in the streets when looking for him that already had heard our story, and they were also looking for him. What a great service and not a big investment. Definitely recommend! Thanks a lot!
